Welcome to Menq Art Collective. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our platform as an artist. By registering and submitting artworks, you agree to the following terms:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our platform. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Upon registration, artists must provide accurate and complete personal information, including name, education, country, address, and phone number. You must upload a clear profile photo.
Artists may upload their original artworks to the platform. All artwork uploads must include complete information (title, dimensions, medium, year, etc.) as requested. Once submitted, each artwork undergoes a review process by our admin and curators. Approved artworks will be displayed in your "My Gallery" section and be available for sale on the platform.
Each approved artwork is assigned a unique 8-character alphanumeric ID. This ID is confidential and strictly for verification and ownership tracking. Do not share this ID with others. It is essential for protecting your intellectual property and verifying rightful ownership. This code is visible only to the artist and later transferred to the buyer upon purchase.
If desired, you may bring your physical artwork to our office. We will apply a holographic sticker, QR code, and hidden ID number to verify and match the physical artwork with its digital listing. If the holographic sticker is tampered with or removed, the artwork loses its authenticity status. Artworks authenticated in this way must be sold through the Menq platform only. Even if a buyer discovers the artwork outside of the platform, the sale must be completed through Menq to preserve the transfer of digital ownership and authenticity.
All sales must go through Menq Art Collective. If a buyer learns about the artwork through the artist but purchases it on Menq, no commission will be deducted from the artist. Selling authenticated artworks outside the platform will result in removal of the listing and termination of the artist’s profile.
Once approved, your artwork is shared with over 400 partnering galleries. Galleries receive a notification including your artwork’s image, details, and your artist profile. If a gallery is interested in acquiring or showcasing your artwork, we will contact you directly. Please note that galleries may propose their own pricing, which could differ from your listed or curator-approved price. Our team will consult you before confirming any offer.
Digitally approved artworks with holographic authentication can be physically stored at our gallery for exhibition purposes. Artists may request to retrieve their artwork at any time. Upon contacting the admin and receiving confirmation, the artwork will be made available for pickup within 48 hours.
You are welcome to share your listed artworks on your social media, but you must include a link to your Menq Art Collective profile or the artwork’s page. Selling a listed artwork outside the platform will lead to permanent removal from the site and deactivation of your account.

Please maintain respectful and professional communication across the platform. We reserve the right to moderate or suspend profiles that violate platform guidelines.
The platform features a Collections section with collaborative series from multiple artists. Artists may contribute to or create collections. Menq organizes regular art exhibitions, travel-based showcases, and cultural competitions. Artists will receive updates by joining our mailing list or communicating with the admin team.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases, engage with artists, or participate in our art-related services.
To access certain features of the site (e.g., purchasing artwork, following artists, or using messaging functions), you may need to create a user account. When registering, provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
All artworks listed on the platform are submitted and reviewed by Menq Art Collective’s curators before being displayed. Each artwork has a unique 8-digit alphanumeric Artwork ID, which guarantees authenticity and is non-transferable unless the artwork is purchased through the platform. Do not share or distribute the Artwork ID. It is used to verify digital ownership and to prevent fraud or misrepresentation. Upon purchase, the Artwork ID is officially transferred to the buyer. Physical artworks may come with a holographic sticker, QR code, and hidden ID code attached to the canvas. This certifies the match between the physical piece and its digital counterpart. If the holographic sticker is damaged or removed, the piece may lose its certificate of authenticity. Please handle with care.
All sales must go through the Menq Art Collective platform. Even if a buyer discovers an artwork or artist outside the platform, the purchase must be finalized through the site. This ensures the proper digital transfer of ownership and protects both buyer and artist. If a buyer purchases an artwork via Menq after being referred by an artist, the artist’s referral will be honored, and no commission will be deducted from the artist.

Artworks displayed on the platform may not be resold outside of the platform without written consent. Reposting artwork images must include a link back to the Menq Art Collective platform. Unauthorized sharing or sale of any artwork, including those with valid digital IDs, will result in account suspension and potential legal action.
All artworks posted by artists are reviewed by curators. Purchased artworks come with a digital certificate tied to your user profile and cannot be reassigned outside the system. Menq facilitates secure art ownership, traceability, and authenticity for collectors.
Menq shares submitted artworks with a network of 400+ gallery partners. Collectors may be invited to exclusive viewings, virtual exhibitions, or receive updates on works they’ve shown interest in. Artists whose works are chosen by galleries will be contacted directly. Collectors will be notified if their owned artwork is part of an exhibition.
